What you share with us
When you submit a project form, we collect your name, email, service, budget, project brief, and chosen language. We record its time, a request ID to avoid duplicates, and a project reference. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Why we need it
We use this information to understand your project, respond, prepare a proposal, and retain a record of the conversation. We check recent submissions from the same email to reduce spam. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to marketing.
WhatsApp delivery and storage
When you send the project form, the website composes your brief and opens WhatsApp with it already written; you press send in your own WhatsApp, so the conversation is delivered by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy and terms. If a database is connected, a private copy of the request is also stored so we can follow it up; without database storage no permanent website record is kept. Email sent to [email protected] is handled by our email provider, and a free relay may be used as a fallback that can require one-time owner activation. Nothing is sold or shared beyond the providers that deliver it.
Your project planner
Choices in the project planner stay in the current page’s memory. They are not submitted until you open the contact form and send it. Copy buttons use your browser’s clipboard permission. A direct-email link opens your own email application; you decide whether to send.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. The selected language is represented by the page URL. Your browser may cache locally hosted images and fonts to load the site faster.
Retention and your rights
We retain inquiries and delivery records as reasonably needed to discuss your request, deliver agreed work, or meet legal obligations. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected] with your reference or the email used. We may verify your identity before acting. We do not sell your data.
A note about the showcase
Forma, Stride, and Orbit are original concept projects illustrating our design and development approach. They are not claims of commissioned client work, and their screens are not live third-party services. The leadership illustration is a graphic identity, not a personal photograph.
