Who we are
Blackviper Software is a software and digital product company working from Egypt with clients in Egypt, the Gulf and further afield. The company is led by Mohamed Salah Kamal (محمد صلاح كمال), Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and known as Mohamed Elnawawy (محمد النواوي).
We deliberately do four things and do them deeply: software, web, mobile and design. That focus is why a small senior team can deliver work that usually needs an agency with several departments — and why the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
What we build for clients in Egypt
Most projects start as one of five shapes. If yours does not fit any of them, that is a good reason to talk rather than a reason to leave.
- Websites and web applications — marketing sites, bilingual corporate sites, portals and dashboards built with Next.js.
- E-commerce — catalogues, checkout flows, payment and shipping integrations, and Arabic-first product content.
- Mobile applications — iOS and Android products with a shared API, analytics and a release plan.
- Custom software and SaaS platforms — internal tools, customer portals and subscription products.
- UI/UX and brand systems — interface design, design systems and visual identity that survives real content.
Why clients in Egypt and the Gulf choose us
- A written scope before the first invoice — you know what is included, what is not, and when it lands.
- Arabic and English as first-class languages, including right-to-left interfaces, not a translated afterthought.
- Performance and search treated as part of the build: fast pages, clean structure, measurable Core Web Vitals.
- Modern, boring-in-the-best-way infrastructure — Next.js, Supabase, Vercel and Cloudflare, with no server to babysit.
- You own the code and the accounts. Every project ships with a handover, not a lock-in.
- A founder-led process: fewer hand-offs, faster decisions, one accountable person.
How a project runs
- 1. A conversation about the goal — what the product must do for the business, not which template to pick.
- 2. A written scope and a fixed price band, with assumptions and exclusions stated openly.
- 3. Design and build in short, reviewable stages, with a link you can open at every step.
- 4. Launch, handover and a defined support window, with documentation you can keep.
How pricing works
We price the outcome, not the hours. Four things move the number: the number of distinct page or screen types, the integrations involved (payments, shipping, CRMs, authentication), the languages required, and how much content and design already exists.
After a short scoping conversation you get a fixed price band and a timeline in writing. If your budget and the goal do not meet, we say so early instead of discovering it in week six.
The stack behind the work
Next.js and React with TypeScript for the interface, Supabase and PostgreSQL for data and authentication, Vercel for delivery and edge caching, Cloudflare for DNS, security and mail routing, and Figma for design. This stack is chosen because it lets a small senior team ship dependable software without an operations department — and it stays affordable to run.
A note on the name
Blackviper Software (شركة بلاك فايبر للبرمجيات) is a software company based in Egypt. Several unrelated sites use similar names — a gaming channel, a heritage Windows-tweaking guide, and an older technology blog. If you are looking for the studio that builds websites, applications and software in Egypt and the Gulf, this is it: blackviper.site, with direct contact at [email protected] or WhatsApp +20 114 603 9723. The studio also trades as Viperfold — the same team, the same website, a name nobody else uses.
Questions we are asked before a project starts
How much does a website cost in Egypt?
It depends on scope: a focused marketing site, a bilingual corporate site and a full e-commerce build are different products. Tell us the goal, the page types and the integrations, and you get a fixed price band and a timeline in writing before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
A focused website usually takes three to five weeks. A bilingual corporate site or a store takes five to nine weeks. Mobile apps and custom software start around eight weeks. Every plan includes review points so you always know where the project stands.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes. The studio works from Egypt with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Europe. Communication is in Arabic or English, and meetings are scheduled in your timezone.
Do we own the code and the accounts?
Yes. The repository, hosting accounts and domain stay in your name, and every project ends with a documented handover. You are never locked into us to keep your own product running.
Can you work with an existing website or codebase?
Often, yes. We review the current code and infrastructure first, then tell you plainly whether improving it is cheaper than rebuilding it.
Is support available after launch?
Every project includes a support window after launch. Ongoing maintenance or a monthly retainer can be agreed if you want continuous improvements.
