A site that keeps working after launch.

A launch is a beginning. Sites need updates, backups, monitoring and small changes, and someone who answers when a form stops delivering email on a Friday. We offer that as a defined monthly scope instead of an emergency every few months.

01

What maintenance actually covers

Dependency and security updates, backups that are tested rather than assumed, uptime and error monitoring, and a first response when something breaks. For sites we build we also keep the deployment pipeline healthy; for sites others built we document what exists before touching it.

02

A monthly scope you can plan around

You get an agreed amount of work each month, a response window for urgent issues, and a distinction between defects and new requests. Small content edits, image swaps and copy corrections normally fit inside the retainer; new sections and features are quoted separately so nothing is a surprise.

03

Ownership stays with you

Domain, hosting, repository, analytics and email accounts stay in your name with delegated access for us. At any point you can ask for the current code, a written record of the setup, and a handover session. A maintenance plan should make leaving easy, not expensive.

Before we get started.

What is included in a maintenance plan?

Updates, backups, monitoring, a response window and a set number of working hours each month. The exact list is written in the proposal, including what counts as a defect, what counts as new work, and what third-party costs you pay directly.

Our site was hacked. Can you help?

We can assess the damage, remove known malicious code, close the entry point we identify, restore from a clean backup where one exists, and advise on further review. Full forensic investigation and legal reporting are outside our scope and would need a specialised firm.

Do you support sites built on other platforms?

Often yes, after a short review of the platform, hosting and access. Where a platform is unsupported or a plugin is abandoned, we say so before committing to a monthly plan.

An idea worth building?

Let’s turn a clear conversation into a practical plan.
